Shipping & Returns
Shipping is generally ~$3.50 to $5.75 for USA orders under 2 pounds, $7.75 for 2-3 pounds and $8.50 up to 5 pounds. International orders except Canada which is $11.50 to $21.00 or more based on weight.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom bags are not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at staff @ brewinabag.com.
Sale items are considered the same as regular priced items.
Returns, Exchanges, Warranty
We warrant our products 100% against manufacturing defects for 30 days. To receive warranty consideration you must inspect and report manufacturing damage within 30 days of receipt. Damage that occurred during shipping must be reported with 7 days of receipt. Photos of damage must be supplied via email. We will not refund any portion of the purchase price for a bag that is damaged by you. If we sent you the wrong size item we will replace it at no charge to you. If you ordered the wrong size product you will pay the freight both ways. Cost will be based on product weight or dimensions with remittance to - paypal.me/thebrewbag. To communicate with us, send an email to - staff @ brewinabag.com - After we have approved the return or exchange we will use the email as confirmation of our decision. We can email a .pdf label for you to print and affix to your packaging. You can then send the item back to us:
